Doin d Job - The mental game and its physical implications

Let me laugh my heart out  :) .
           Wondering and pondering abt the journey so far would be giving you the similar thoughts, if you are still not living in your dreams!!!
    To some extent its obnoxiously unrelated to the title of my post but giving a sincere thought to scripted happenings people go through in quest of their desired (thought of, MBA's theoretical realm) job would be definitely bringing a cute smile on every1's face. Catch is that a very small proportion of us would be satisfied with our initial start. A descent chunk would have taken life as it comes... moving forward with the flow and waiting in course to jump to the next bandwagon routed towards greener pastures. A small group could still waiting........ n believe me or not that wait hardly ends :)    
A very small but people having the real appetite for taking risks would be forging ahead on a complete unexplored path (Entrepreneurs at heart or people still yearning to add something more to their existing skills).

Now dat was the initial briefing but real stuff comes now...
A great saying goes "Work hard to realize ur dreams... else someone would put you in work to realize their dreams". But again doing job has its own pros :)  as well as its cons :(
 Why doing job is all about your mentality?
Answers are many with minor variations depending on the profile you are into or vertical you are part of.
A simple Sales insight - Be strong mentally to absorb success as well as failures, ability to generate business out of nowhere, geared to travel unknown territories, skills to make contacts, patience to handle rejections, Character to avoid temptations :), Stamina to beat out competition and last not but the least just sticking in there..... (Really the last one is the game changer).
Experience rates way higher in the real field above any of your academic credentials. It takes some real diplomacy to deal with your boss, clients, business partners, colleagues, people at HO as well as competitors... :)
People with analytic jobs again have to figure out whether they are doing something adding value to their learning or not??? Sometimes it can get really monotonous :(

Now the question about physical implications is there for each individual to find out as its very-2 evident :)

Actually right now I am  leaving this post in its raw form as need to go for d required sleep as tomorrow again need to be present in the battlefield...

Way 2 go...

I still remember the last time a wrote a blog... without a detailed thought ... kept penning down what I felt at that moment... Different thoughts are lingering on my mind at this moment too but the approach is still the same...
           " Way 2 go " - I christened this blog from multiple  viewpoints which people could associate to different instances of a moment (I live in d moment) :)  Now lets explore this unending spirit of mankind..........
    1. Hunger to get more out of life 
    2. Conquering the fear of unknown
    3. Making your presence felt  :)
    4. Prodding others laid down path with our own Kreative approach
    5. Trusting someone (Varying degree--- Loving, believing, caring etc.)
    6. Trusting yourself (Most intriguing and most difficult - Irony of Life )
    7. Dreaming -----> realizing your dreams but most importantly having the character to cherish those moments and again dreaming another dream to be realized!!!
    8. The joy of GIVING ,yes try it for once
    9. Beating your own expectations ... getting the WOW effect

Now the big question is...! is that enough... dats it???(I like this number :) so stopped to herald your imagination to add the required value proposition) No there is plenty more ... Hell lot 2 be achieved... Long way 2 go...

  Aaj phir jeene ki tamanna he
    Aaj phir marne kaa iraada he

You are special....

Our lovely Earth  :) is one of its kind in the whole universe..... its also very evident that some distant galaxy might be holding some form of life very similar to us but even then we would be one of our kind! Nature has bestowed on each one of us something or other through which we define our personality, some attributes which differentiates us from the rest of the world. Still we are always looking for the stupid comparison with something or other!..... It don't makes sense to me, why should one be so concerned about this unhealthy comparison?
To me there should be only two type of comparison if we are hell bent on doing so
1. Compete with yourself, excel beyond your limits by simply stretching those to the horizon.
2. Go for the positive competition which actually propel you to work hard to improve yourself not for the sake of demeaning yourself but simply gratifying your identity. Again the irony is that you need to balance your approach because you might be end up building an ego (positive) or super ego (negative).

I am sharing with you my experiences and learnings on this topic which over years I have realized have wasted ample lot of my energy, time and so much. In spite of competing against others in negative sense I even enjoy looking for positives in my friends and foes alike and implement KAIZEN in my demeanor! Sounds pretty tough huhh but it could be done... Have the right approach :)

To an extent I have learned the art of enjoying the moment..... "Life is made up of small things" my friend but still there is lot to do...

On the ending note I like to quote "Kaun kehta he ke aasman me ched nahi ho sakta ......... zara pathar to tabiyaat se uchaalo yaaron".

Believe in your self worth, its priceless, incomparable simply DIVINE.

You get what you deserve

Dear blogger,
Often this question shakes my existence and I am sure there would be many others. Sometimes you feel that you have achieved something very easily........ some times struggling through a very hard path with many obstacles! But again its your perspective. Try to analyze the same with others viewpoint, mindset, situation etc. Things would differ so a general statement of truth can be derived that we get what we deserve.
Nothing in this world we get undeserving, we earn every paisa of it..... If a single person believes that you deserved something it means you deserve that ....... You should have faith and belief in your abilities and your ACTIONS.
